Well it's official, Miley Cyrus 2009-2010 Concerts dates that were announced last week SOLD OUT within hours in majority of the stops in North America and the UK. Tickets to Cyrus's concerts went on sale on Friday June 12th in the UK and Saturday June 13th in the United States.
Miley's tour has alot of Canadian fans upset that she does not have one Canadian stop on her leg of the so called North American Tour. But sources say that Miley may visit Canada in the first half of December before she hits the UK or in January of 2010. So stayed tuned Canada!!!!.
Miley Cyrus's also features her brother's band "Metro Station" as her opening act. Miley's tour kick starts in Portland, Oregon on September 14th, 2009.
Ticketing for Cyrus' 2009-2010 tour will be very different from last tours, which primary purpose is to stop scalpers from buying up all the tickets, will use paperless ticketing technology. Since hard tickets are not issued for these events, ticket buyers are required to swipe the purchasing credit card and present a valid photo ID at the venue doors before being ushered inside with all other members of their party. The process has already stirred up controversy about the restrictions it places on who may purchase a Miley Cyrus ticket, and who must be present to redeem the seat reservations at the time of the concert.
Ticket prices range from $39.50 – 79.50 plus fees and applicable service charges. Below are the cites currently on Miley Cyrus 2009-2010 Tour.
