Neverland Funeral Scrapped, Will Derails Funeral..

Family members are now saying that the public viewing of Michael Jackson are scrapped. Although it has been undetermined what they are going to do. Some News sources are saying that Michael's funeral will be at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Funeral Plans have been derailed due to the release of Michael Jackson's 2002 Will. Below is a general highlight of what was enclosed in that "Will".

• Michael's entire estate will go to the Michael Jackson Family Trust.


• The "Will" names Katherine Jackson, Michael's mother, as the guardian of his children and citing Diana Ross as alternative guardian.


• It also divides the superstar's estate among his mother, his three children (Prince Michael, Paris and Prince Michael II) and at least one charity.
