Aerosmith's Western Canadian leg of the tour which includes Calgary and Edmonton, have been cancelled due to Steven Tyler's injuries sustained in a fall in South Dakota. Tyler injured his head, neck, and shoulder when he fell off the stage at his August 5 concert. It is reported that Tyler was running through "Love in an Elevator" when he accidentally fell off the stage. He then was immediately airlifted to the hospital.
It is uncertain when Aerosmith will continue with their tour but promoters Keystone Entertainment said ticket holders should keep their tickets, they will be honoured when the show is rescheduled. News sources are saying Steven Tyler's recovery time should be about 2 months, in which I believe will be moved to indoor venues like the Saddledome and Rexall Place.
Below is footage of Steven Tyler's fall that postponed the tour. I think he was doing a move from Michael Jackson.
