Perez Hilton vs. The Black Eyed Peas Reach Settlement

Perez Hilton has settled his civil suit against the Black Eyed Peas' manager, Liborio Molina. The terms of the settlement remain confidential, though as part of the arrangement, Molina, who has already apologized for the incident, will make a donation to a charity of the Perez's choice. Did Perez Hilton get the $25,000 in damages he was seeking? I guess we wont know.

If you remember last summer, Perez allegedly called Black Eyed Peas member Will.I.Am a derogatory word with Molina allegedly punching him in the face later that evening outside a Toronto night club. Molina was subsequently arrested and later released. Perez and the Black Eyed Peas were in Toronto for the Much Music Awards.

All this drama stemmed from Perez's negitive critisizm on his blog of the Peas' latest—and incidentally Grammy-winning release, The E.N.D.

Neither side officially commented on the settlement, though Hilton's attorney said his client was "ecstatic" with the deal
