Simon Cowell Reveals X-Factor Judges ..

Simon Cowell just revealed the new judges of the X-Factor today via twitter.

In the picture message, Simon is posing with Britney Spears, L.A. Reid and Demi Lovato.  And posted with the picture is the message-- "Can't believe it's finally happened. Very exciting!"

The judges are in New York City today, where FOX will be making the announcement at the Upfronts in -- where advertisers vie for commercial airtime on TV shows "up front" ... several months before the shows actually premiere.

Britney Spears signed on to show at a whopping $15-million while Demi's pay has not been disclosed yet.
