According to sources that attended the "Hearts for Hope" charity event in Los Angeles this past weekend, Paris accepted a award for her charity work and dropped a bombshell in her speech. She said during her speech, "I'd like to thank my future sister-in-law Casey (Reinhardt)." What?, is Paris Hilton engaged?

Well according to young Hollywood starlets that know the couple, say they (Paris Hilton & Doug Reinhardt) are indeed secretly engaged and plan on a public announcement very soon.
