Canadian Actor Leslie Nielson Dies at 84..

Canadian actor & comedian Leslie Nielsen has passed away today (Sunday) at the age of 84.  Nielsen died from complications of pneumonia at a Ft. Lauderdale, Florida hospital.  Nephew Doug Nielsen says Leslie died about 5:30pm (EST) with family and friends by his side.  "He just fell asleep and passed away," says his nephew.

Nielsen is best known for his halarious roles in the Naked Gun sequels and Airplane.  Nielsen was born in Regina, Saskatchewan and no word on if Leslie will come back home to rest in Canada.  Condolences to his family and friends on this sad day.
