Well it looks like Spencer Pratt from "The Hills" will be adding RAPPER to his resume. Monday morning on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM Morning Show, Spencer debuted his first single titled "Im a Celebrity". His stage name is "The Great White" which is kinda halarious...lol.
