Sidney Crosby Gets a Home Run...

Several Pittsburg Penguins players stopped by PNC Park on Wednesday to take in some batting practice.  But to the players surprise, Crosby managed to hit a home run at the major league stadium.

Batting left-handed, Crosby hit one over the right-field wall, which measures 320 feet at the home of the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Crosby's homer was greeted by cheers from his fellow team mates who were behind the battering cage.

"I grew up playing (baseball)," Crosby told the team's website. "I stopped when I was like 13. I liked it though, it was a lot of fun. It's pretty cool to be out here today."

Does Crosby have a career in baseball if hockey doesn't pan out...lol.  Watch the video below.
