It's SCREAMFEST Time Again...

ScreamFest has now opened its haunted houses and scary entertainment in Calgary and Edmonton again.  Here's what you can expect at the Calgary and Edmonton Screamfest event.

ScreamFest Calgary & Edmonton has 6 haunted houses to choose from with your general admission.  Although there is only 5, you get to go into one a second time. They are as follows:

CALGARY Haunted Houses:

• Terror Under the Big Top
• Nuclear Nightmare
• Lucifer's Labyrinth
• What Lies Beneath
• Bates Motel

EDMONTON Haunted Houses:

• What Lurks in the Dark
• Saint Mary's Hospital
• Reapers and Grimm
• Scary Tales (In 3D)
• Area 51

If that is not enough to scare your boots off, there are also 2 optional haunted houses run by charity.   These haunted houses cost 3 "Killer Cash Tokens" (details below in the admissions section) and go towards the Kidney Foundation, which is an excellent cause to support.  They are as follows:

Calgary:

• Mad House
• The Last Ride
• Tomb of the Pharaoh Queen

Edmonton:

• The Ghetto
• Nightmare City
• The Screamer

ScreamFest Calgary & Edmonton will also have various scary entertainment nightly, from people swallowing swords, illusionists, contortionists, fire dancers, freak shows and musical performances.  Check out ScreamFest website for nightly show details.

Carnival games and concession booths will also be on the grounds.  Games cost 3 "Killer Cash Tokens" which you can purchase at the admissions gate.  Details in the admission section below or at Screamfest website.

P.S.: ScreamFest is rated 14A.  This event is really out to scare adults, but kids can attend if they accompanied by an adult and are not scared at all.  This is just a warning..lol.  Scream Safe!!!
