Chiefmoon Entertainment Buzz!: Justin Bieber & Selena Gomez's Romantic Winnipeg Weekend..

Over the weekend Justin Bieber & Selena Gomez were spotted all over Winnipeg, the young couple seemed to be very in love and had taken in the sites and entertainment that the city had to offer. Selena's concert tour was scheduled for a Friday show but she arrived a day early to spend it with the Biebs. Here is a Bieber tidbit... Justin's father lived in Winnipeg for a time, and he spend part of his childhood in the city. Perhaps Justin wanted to share his child hood experiences with Selena.. in the slurpee capital of the world..Winnipeg!

Thurs. Oct 20:

The night before Gomez's scheduled performance at the MTS Centre, the Winnipeg Free Press discovered Bieber and Gomez at the shops near local tourist destination The Forks. Arriving around 1:30 p.m. by limo and departing by 3, observers report the couple ate pizza, created "buzz."
Later that evening, the Free Press reports Bieber rented a screening room at local cinema SilverCity Polo Park so that he and Gomez could enjoy a private showing of Real Steel. There was also an a order of cheese-only pizza the paper reports was delivered to the couple during the show. The teens reportedly enjoyed their evening without interruption from fans, though the CBC obtained video of shrieking girls who spotted Biebz making his exit from the theatre, only to drive after him in chase.
Around 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Gomez Tweeted her approval of the night-out, nonetheless, writing: "I had a great day here in Winnipeg. I can't wait to see y'all tomorrow!!" Somewhere, city officials presumably swooned.

Fri. Oct. 21:

Bieber and Gomez appeared at a downtown Tim Horton’s, according to the Free Press. It’s unclear whether a Swiss Chalet location was also visited.
Bieber and Gomez were spotted by the Winnipeg Free Press at Speedworld Indoor Kart Track. The teens rented the track for half an hour. As such, they raced go-carts. They may or may not have also held hands and/or kissed.
That same day, the paper reported Gomez and Bieber visited a local animal rescue centre, leading to rumours that Gomez adopted a Winnipeg puppy. According to a member of the shelter's staff, the couple came across as being "nice kids" and "seemed to be more dog lovers than cat fans." Bieber also reportedly forgot his jacket there.
Friday Night...Selena had a concert. And the Biebs was reported to be in attendance.

Sat. Oct. 22:

Bieber without Selena, stopped at a Booster Juice off the highway. The Free Press reports he posed for photos and a life-size Biebz cut-out was later purchased by the owner so that the magic could live on forever.
Later Bieber with Gomez stopped at Winnipeg novelty shop Gags Unlimited. For him? $100 "zombie contact lenses." For her? "Violet contact lenses" for $80.
Press reports Bieber arranged for a private dining experience onboard the Nonsuch -- a replica 17th-century fur-trading ship inside the Manitoba Museum. Arriving at 5:15 p.m. the teens' supper was catered by the Fairmont Hotel and the Free Press notes that a romantic ambience was created courtesy of "faux candles to set the mood without risking fire." According to the paper, the kids autographed a few Nonsuch-branded items which will help raise money for its preservation. CBC notes that people who are not Justin Bieber may also rent the facility for private events, though staff probably won’t ask you to sign anything.
Following dinner, Bieber and Gomez took in a hockey game, where they were photographed kissing (while wearing Winnipeg Jets jerseys). The Jets beat the Carolina Hurricanes 5-3. The presence of Bieber and Gomez probably a contributing factor...lol
After the game, Bieber and Gomez took to the ice themselves, though the Globe and Mail notes Gomez didn't seem too keen on skating herself. The Winnipeg Free Press reports that Bieber met Jets coach Claude Noel that night, as well. Said the coach: "He seems to be pretty cool to me."
