According to TMZ, Kim is not seeking an annulment. It's a garden variety divorce, in which Kim cites "irreconcilable differences."
The date of separation is listed as today, Oct. 31, 2011. Is this a Trick or a Treat for Kim?
The couple has signed a prenuptial agreement so I guess we'll see if they are walking away from the marriage without a court battle..or will Kris want a new house, a sports car, and a bag of money for his emotional stability..lol. STAY TUNED!!!
