Mona (the one black mailing Angie) dies.
Lynette loses one or both of her twins due to a abdomen injury saving Gabrielle's daughter.
And the two people in the plane die.
And there is one more surprise... but you'll have to watch Desperate Housewives when it returns on January 10, 2010.
